Abuse of artificial intelligence image of famous singer in Trump campaign poster
Donald Trump recently reposted fake pictures of Taylor Swift in which fans of the American singer and her fans are (falsely) supporting the US presidential candidate.
Eviralnews,, citing Yahoo, the fake images created using artificial intelligence show fake images of Taylor Swift fans, the American pop star, who are supporting Trump with her fans.
Legal experts are divided on whether Swift will succeed in her lawsuit against Trump, but are confident that she can sue her reputation for trademark infringement and false advertising.
The images Trump shared included an apparently fake campaign poster in which Swift urged voters to support Trump. Some fans have called for Swift to write a letter demanding that the ads be stopped, and others are encouraging Swift to take legal action.
Law professor Harry Sorden recommends that Swift publicly state that her image has been misused and that she has not endorsed any candidates for the 2024 election.
Some US states, including Tennessee, have passed laws banning the use of deepfaking in elections, which could pave the way for Swift to take legal action.
