The attack was apparently planned to take place outside the stadium, where around 65,000 people were expected to attend the concert. After discovering chemicals and special technical equipment in the house of this 19-year-old youth, the police said that the terrorists probably planned to carry out the attack using a knife and an improvised explosive device.
