Flour: 300 grams
Milk: 1 cup
Egg: 1 pc
Liquid oil: 2 tablespoons
Yeast: 1 teaspoon
Sugar: 1 teaspoon
Salt: 1 teaspoon

Chicken breast: 250 grams (cooked and shaved)
Onion: 1 (finely chopped)
Bell pepper: 1 (finely chopped)
Mushrooms: 200 grams (chopped)
Pizza cheese: 1 cup
Salt, pepper and desired spices: as needed
Garlic: 2 cloves (finely chopped)
Liquid oil: 2 tablespoons
How to make chicken dumplings:
Heat the milk a little and add yeast and sugar to it. Let it rest for about 10 minutes and foam.
Sift the flour into a large bowl and add the salt.
Add eggs, oil and yeast mixture to the flour and knead well until a smooth and uniform dough is obtained.
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it and leave it in a warm place for 1 hour until it doubles in volume.
Heat oil in a pan and fry onion and garlic until soft and golden.
Add bell peppers and mushrooms and fry until the mushroom juice is absorbed.
Add the shaved chicken and mix well. Add salt, pepper and spices of your choice and let the ingredients cool a little.
Divide the dough into small pieces and roll each piece into a circle.
Place some of the filling in the middle of each circle and sprinkle some pizza cheese on top.
Pinch the edges of the dough together and press with your fingers or a fork to seal.
Place the dumplings in a greased oven tray or on parchment paper and brush them with egg yolk.
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Bake the dumplings in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden.
Chicken dumplings are ready. You can serve them with different sauces such as ketchup or white sauce. Drink!
