Necessary materials:
Graham biscuit or digestive biscuit (200 grams)
softened butter or coconut oil (100 grams)
Dark chocolate or creamy chocolate (200 grams)
warm cream (200 ml)
Butter (25 grams)
sugar (1 tablespoon)
vanilla (1 teaspoon)
How to make chocolate tart:
Put the biscuit in a blender or close a plastic bag and crush it by hitting it with the bottom of a spoon or a roller until it crumbles and turns into a crumb or powder.
Add butter or coconut oil and mix everything together until the mixture becomes a moist and squeezable mass.
Classify this mixture and press it together to form an even layer on the bottom and edges of the chocolate tart mold. Then cool in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
Take the mold out of the fridge and poke a few small holes in it with a needle or fork.
Bake the biscuit in the oven at 180°C for 10-12 minutes or until golden and broken.
