The first speech of the new NATO Secretary General/We must make sure of Ukraine's victory

According to an online news report, Reuters news agency wrote that former Prime Minister Holland Rutte succeeded Jens Stoltenberg just a few weeks before the US presidential election.

According to Reuters, Trump has been critical of NATO and, despite a recent meeting with the president of Ukraine, has refused to say whether he wants the country to win the war against Russia.

According to Irena Rut, he told reporters at the NATO headquarters: “We must ensure that Ukraine wins as an independent and democratic country.”

Rut underestimated the concerns within NATO about the outcome of the presidential election of the largest member country and said: I am not worried. I know both candidates well.

He added: I worked with Donald Trump for four years. He was the one who encouraged us to spend more on defense and he succeeded because NATO's defense spending is much higher now than when he came into office.

Root said: Kamala Harris has a wonderful record as Vice President. He is a very respectful manager and as a result I can work with both of them.

According to Reuters, NATO officials and diplomats expect that while continuing Stoltenberg's plans, Ruth will continue to support Ukraine, encourage member states to increase defense budgets, and remain committed to the security of Europe.
