Wall Street Journal: Iran will undoubtedly attack Israel
The American Wall Street Journal reported, citing informed officials, that Tehran is determined to respond to the assassination of Ismail Haniyeh.
Eviralnews, the American Wall Street Journal wrote in a report: Although American officials have asked Iran to avoid responding to Haniyeh's assassination, it seems that Tehran is determined to retaliate against Israel. Iran has rejected the efforts of American and Arab diplomats to moderate its response to Haniyeh's assassination.
An official familiar with the process of these mediations told the Wall Street Journal: “Iran insists that we will react to Israel's action and it is not important for us that this issue causes a war in the region.”
However, American officials have tried to consider incentives for Iran in this regard. Through mediators, Washington has sent this message to Tehran that the improvement of relations with the West is related to the reduction of tensions in the region.
