Ton Blockchain (TON) has resumed its activity after about 6 hours of interruption due to a sudden increase in network traffic. Airdrop Token Dogs (DOGS) seems to be the cause of this problem. The popularity of this token led to a significant increase in transactions and the network had difficulty meeting demand. Also, Bybit exchange temporarily stopped withdrawals and deposits due to network instability. Following this break, the price of the native token of the Toon blockchain, i.e. ToonCoin, decreased to $5.13. After the blockchain restart, ToonCoin recouped some of its losses and rose 2% to around $5.51.
