Egyptian Foreign Minister: We are looking for a complete and permanent ceasefire in Gaza

According to the report of the international group of the Tasnim news agency, citing the Palestinian Information Center, the Egyptian Foreign Minister emphasized on Tuesday that during the “Emergency Humanitarian Response in Gaza” meeting in Jordan, a broad international agreement was formed regarding the necessity of stopping the war against Gaza.

Sameh Shukri stated that the Israel regime is systematically violating international and humanitarian laws in the Gaza Strip.

Shukri said: We demand the formation of an independent Palestinian state, and the number of countries that recognize it is increasing.

He also emphasized that Egypt is trying to reach a complete and permanent ceasefire in the Gaza Strip.
