The spokesperson of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced in a statement about this: We appreciate the mediation efforts of the UAE in connection with the exchange of prisoners with Ukraine.
The statement issued by the spokesperson of the Russian Foreign Ministry added: Moscow appreciates the United Arab Emirates for its mediation efforts in coordinating and exchanging 195 Russian soldiers and military officers with Kyiv.
