To implement this decision, the American government made calls and applied pressure last month and took practical steps;

First: Notification to Cyprus that the “Almaty” plan, which the Cypriot government has been working on for the past five months, has been replaced by a humanitarian operation under the supervision of the United States, and what is left of the Cyprus plan is to use the port of “Larenka” as a It is the center for launching and collecting donations and maintaining the “Almaty Fund” to support the maritime corridor and its financing from America, Europe, UAE, Qatar and Kuwait.

Second: entrusting the preparation of the practical stages of the project to the Central Command of the United States Army, the Ministry of Defense of this country in cooperation with the United States Development Agency (USAID).

Third: Agreement with the World Food Organization (WFP) to participate in the distribution of aid in the Gaza Strip, without the cooperation of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestinian Refugees (UNRWA). It appears that there is a unified agreement between Washington and the occupying power to complete the elimination of this agency and prevent it from operating, even if it receives funding from parties other than the United States.

Enemy supplies on the ground

Meanwhile, the enemy has started to work on several levels, including in the field dimension, and has built a field position on the Gaza coast in front of the central area, through which the connecting road between Al-Rashid and Al-Sharqi (Salahuddin) coastal streets passes.
