Eurasia's turnover exceeded 8.7 billion dollars

According to Tasnim news agency, quoted by Tass news agency, Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin announced that financial turnover in the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) will reach an unprecedented level in 2023.

At the strategic meeting “Eurasian integration in the multipolar world”, he stated that the trade turnover of this union reached 7.4 trillion rubles ($8.7 billion), which is almost twice as much as when the union was created.

“Reciprocal trade is also constantly expanding,” Mishustin said. In 2023, it will reach a record 7.4 trillion rubles in the Eurasian Economic Union, which is almost twice as much as when the union was created. And in the Commonwealth of Nations, this figure has exceeded 10 trillion rubles ($109 billion).

Mishustin also mentioned the trade union of Russia and Belarus and said: I recently talked about this issue with the Prime Minister of Belarus; (trade turnover of this union) has reached 4 trillion rubles ($43.8 billion).

According to this definition, Eurasia includes five countries: Russia, Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan.
