According to the report of Anna Science and Technology News Agency's policy group, UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres reacted to the Security Council's resolution for a ceasefire in the Gaza Strip.

Guterres emphasized that not adhering to the ceasefire resolution would be an unforgivable act.

The UN Security Council approved a resolution for a cease-fire in the Gaza Strip, but failed to approve an amended draft of the resolution that included the phrase “sustainable cease-fire”.
