Rwandan President Paul Kagame lit the flame of remembrance on Sunday April 7, as part of the commemorations of the 30th anniversary of the Rwandan genocide. Several heads of state and dignitaries made the trip as part of these commemorations. In Rwanda, the next 100 days will be entirely reserved for the memory of the events that occurred in 1994.
