Homemade Lahmajoon kebab

ingredients:

Minced meat: 500 grams

Onion: 2 pcs

Tomato: 2 pcs

Garlic: 2 cloves

Parsley: 1 bunch

Tomato paste: 1 spoon

Olive oil: half a cup

Salt, paprika and pepper: as needed

Yufka dough: 4 pieces

Flour: 2 spoons

Butter: 4 spoons

First, peel and grate an onion.

Peel and grate the tomato and add it.

Add paste and olive oil.

Add the flour and knead well until the ingredients are mixed and uniform.

Rub butter in layers of the yufka dough inside the oven tray and stack them on top of each other.

Spread the meat ingredients on the whole dough until it is uniform.

Then put it in the oven at 180 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes to cook.

Peel and slice the other onion.
