“The tragedy of Rwanda is a warning”, Paul Kagame on the genocide against the Tutsi

Paul Kagame chaired the ceremonies in tribute to the victims of the Tutsi genocide in Rwanda. More than 800,000 deaths in 3 months in the spring of 1994. This ceremony opens a 100-day period of commemorations for the victims starting this Monday.
