Yannick Sinner starts for Roland Garros
According to Tasnim news agency, Yank Sinner, the world's number 2 tennis player, entered Roland Garros 2024 and held his first training session. Sinner's training opponent was Japanese tennis player Kei Nishikori (former number four in the world).
22-year-old Yannick Siner withdrew from the recent Masters in Madrid (Spain) and Rome (Italy) due to a hip injury. If Novak Djokovic of Serbia does not win the Roland Garros Grand Slam, the Italian tennis player will take his place at the top of the next ranking of the Men's Professional Tennis Association (ATP).
