The new Game of Thrones game is in the works

Nexon seems to be developing an MMORPG based on the Game of Thrones series. This company has successful games such as The Finals and Kartrider.

According to leaked information, the new Game of Thrones title will be set in the Northern Realm and will feature places like Winterfell and The Wall. The story of the game is told somewhere between season 4 and 5 of the “Game of Thrones” series. In this period, Roose Bolton is the Warden of the North and Jon Snow along with Sam Tarly are among the Night's Watch. The presence of characters from other realms is also possible, but so far only the northern realm has been mentioned.

Players will encounter various characters from the series throughout the game, but as far as we know, the original cast of the series will not be returning to voice their characters. In the current version of the game, new voice actors have been selected, whose voices have been tried to be similar to the actors of the series.

The game, which has yet to be named, has a story campaign and is played online. The gamer can choose one of the male or female main character, and the unselected character will also be present during the game, similar to Mass Effect: Andromeda. Based on the details released so far, the game seems to have similarities to The Elder Scrolls Online, but more information is needed to make a definitive statement.

Complete information about the main character of the game has not been obtained and its release date is also unknown. It should be remembered that 10 years ago, another MMORPG of this series titled Game of Thrones: Seven Kingdoms was under construction, which was unfortunately canceled.
