Afghanistan condemned the settlement construction of the Zionist regime

According to the regional office of Tasnim News Agency, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Taliban government announced that the construction of new settlements in the “Aghwar” region (Jordan River) in occupied Palestine by the Zionist regime is strongly condemned.

The statement added, “The recent actions of the Zionist regime show that regime's non-compliance with international laws, especially international humanitarian laws.”

The statement said: “Continuing such unilateral actions and continuing to ignore the rights of the Palestinian people will lead to further deterioration of the situation.”

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Taliban government emphasized that “Afghanistan expects international actors, especially Muslim countries that are influential in the region, to fulfill their legal, human and moral responsibilities in order to support the oppressed people of Palestine and prevent the expansion of illegal settlements in the occupied territories.” .

Previously, the Taliban government had issued a statement condemning the bombing of “Al-Momadani” hospital and threatened: the continuation of Israeli crimes will open the way for out-of-control reactions.
